charity balls, prom nights, weddings.

Access: Ramps to majority of rooms including main Gallery Ballroom (no
wheelchair access to 1st floor gallery).

Gallery Ballroom: sprung floor, 30 plug points, 160 200 chairs, tables,
projection screen, OHP, TV, DVD etc. Pink & Peppermint Rooms: wooden floor,
18 plug points, modem connection, chairs & tables, OHP, screen, audio
visual. Red Room: blinds/curtains 10 plug points, modem connection.

Kitchen/Catering: Catering services available as required.

Hire Fees: Gallery Ballroom - £300 half day, £895 day. Pink & Peppermint
Rooms - £160 each half day, £250 each day. Red Room: £110 half day, £180
day. Concessions at discretion of management.

Additional information: Gallery Ballroom has 1st floor gallery overlooking
ground floor. Pink and Peppermint Rooms can be hired separately or as one
space. Red Room is primarily a casual meeting room furnished with leather
sofas, coffee tables but other seating formats can be used. All equipment
and services extra to room hire charge.
