exhibitions.

Kitchen/Catering: Tea/coffee available at extra cost.

Hire Fee: £15 per hour. Evenings incur caretaking charge of £9 per hour
extra at weekends.

Additional information: Board Room is 18ft x 14ft. Pump Room is 30ft x 18ft
and located in the garden. Fendick Room is 18ft x 25ft. "The building is
Grade 2* listed and contains valuable furnishings and artefacts. Any letting
must take account of the building¹s special features!"
