Licences & Certificates: The venue has a Premises Licence but operates on Temporary Event Notices whch the hirer may need to obtain from the district council. It does not hold a PRS or PPL licence.

Policies and Procedures : The venue carries out regular fire and general risk assessments and .procedures are in place and published for fire safety and use of electrical equipment.

Insurance: The venue has full insurance.

Parking & Public Transport: Own car with 10 spaces plus 3 for Blue Badge holders. There is a bus stop nearby..

Personnel: A representative of the venue is on site during a hiring and the caretaker will unlock and lock. There is no named First Aider on site but there is a First Aid Kit. The caretaker will also set out chairs etc if requested.
