Regular uses: Meetings (such as Parish Council, Residents Association), Tombolas, Discos, Other social evenings organised by village groups

Availability:The hall has an online booking diary, see www.lilyholtroad.co.uk/hall.htm for the times which are currently booked for the next year.

Access: Level access to venue's main entrance

Licences & Certificates: A bar can be arranged / individuals must apply for their own licence if not using the licensee , Fire Safety Certificate is being arranged, Electrical Safety Certificate is being arranged.
Insurance: Public Liability.

Parking & Public Transport: Street parking nearby and bus stops during the day.

First Aid: Kit available.

Personnel: Users can collect keys from Patricia Tickner, and return them when they are finished / arrangements can be made for the Hall to be unlocked and locked again.

Toilets: 1 toilet, 3 urinals for male guests, 3 for female guests, wheelchair accessible toilet available

Main Hall: Ground floor with level access from the main entrance with a capacity of approximately 150 seated. Seating not fixed. Heated by wall heaters. Linoleum or vinyl flooring. Floor level stage but not accessible to wheelchair users.Backstage area and dressing rooms available.Has stage lighting and a piano.
Other facilities: Chairs and tables available.


Committee Rooms:Ground floor, carpeted, with level access from the main entrance with a capacity of 20 or more seated. Piano available and 1 computer with internet access.Ample seats.

Kitchen/Catering: kitchen with water heater, kettle, cooker, washing up materials, cups & saucers, small plates, large plates.
