floor. Iris Soar Room access by stairs only.

Hall & Coffee Lounge: Kitchen available with water heater,
electric kettle, microwave, jugs & teapots, refrigerator, cooker, washing up
materials. 70 cups & saucers, small & large plates, dessert bowls, glass
tumblers, sufficient cutlery. Dishwasher, hotplate/warmer.
Iris Soar Room: Small kitchen unit available with water heater, electric kettle, jugs &
teapots, washing up materials, 30 cups & saucers, plates, bowls, glass
tumblers and cutlery.

Buffet and light refreshments can be arranged.

Hire Fee: 3-hour minimum let. Hall £7 per hour, Iris Soar Room £6 per
hour, Coffee Lounge £4 per hour.

Additional information: Priority given to church bookings. Not available on Sundays. Hall height,
10ft – 12ft high. Iris Soar Room height, 6-8ft. Coffee Lounge height, 8ft.
