A one day workshop to help you explore your values, dreams, desires and lifestyle. and enable you to discover ways to manifest positive changes.

(may include use of yoga, voice, relaxation, readings and other complementary therapies which can be tailored to suit the individual)

I have worked for over 20 years in the field of Health and Well-being. I am qualified and experienced in many areas including Nutrition, Stress & Weight Management, Exercise (including Yoga), Healing,Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Indian Head Massage, Spiritual Coaching, Relaxation and Readings.
